CollectorShelf（以下「本アプリ」）をご利用いただきありがとうございます。本プライバシーポリシーでは、本アプリにおける個人情報およびユーザーデータの取り扱いについて説明します。
本アプリ自体がユーザーの個人情報を収集することはありません。
本アプリは、氏名、住所、電話番号、メールアドレスなどの個人情報を収集または保存しません。ただし、第7節に記載する問い合わせフォームからユーザーが任意に連絡した場合、開発者は問い合わせに回答するために、メールアドレスおよびメッセージを受け取ることがあります。
本アプリは、専用のサーバーを使用せずに動作します。
ユーザーのデータが、開発者が管理するサーバーへ送信または保存されることはありません。本アプリのデータは、原則としてユーザーの端末内に保存されます。
Appleの「ファイル」アプリを通じてユーザーがクラウドストレージを選択した場合、本アプリはユーザーが選択した場所からデータを読み取ったり、そこへ書き出したりすることがあります。この操作はユーザーが開始した場合に限られます。本アプリが、iCloud、CloudKitその他のクラウドサービスへデータを自動的にアップロードすることはありません。
本アプリはAppleのStoreKitフレームワークを使用してアプリ内課金を提供します。
決済処理および購入管理はAppleが行います。開発者がクレジットカード情報などの決済情報を収集または保存することはありません。Appleによるデータの取り扱いについては、Appleのプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
開発者がユーザーの個人情報を販売、共有、貸与、またはその他の方法で第三者へ開示することはありません。
必要に応じて、本プライバシーポリシーを更新することがあります。変更後のポリシーは、このページに公開した時点から有効になります。

Thank you for using CollectorShelf (“the App”). This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles personal information and user data.
The App itself does not collect users’ personal information.
The App does not collect or store personal information such as your name, address, phone number, or email address. If you voluntarily contact the developer through the contact form described in Section 7, the developer may receive your email address and message solely to respond to your inquiry.
The App operates without a dedicated server.
Your data is not transmitted to or stored on any server managed by the developer.
When you choose a cloud storage provider through Apple’s Files app, the App may read from or write to the location you select. This action is initiated by you. The App does not automatically upload your data to iCloud, CloudKit, or any other cloud service.
The App provides in-app purchases using Apple’s StoreKit framework.
Payment processing and purchase management are handled entirely by Apple. The developer does not collect or store payment information, including credit card details.

The developer does not sell, share, rent, or otherwise disclose users’ personal information to any third party.
